Fill out the registration form and provide information about yourself or your team

Overview of the hackathon goals, introduction of the jury, familiarization with the task, explanation of technical requirements, clarification of the project evaluation criteria
Distribution into teams
Seating arrangements at work stations
Working in teams
Prototyping the idea. Formulating ideas for the project. Selecting a suitable blockchain platform. Creating an initial prototype, developing the solution architecture. Defining the functionality and integrations (e.g. using smart contracts, tokens, etc.)
Development and integration
Implementation of the main blocks of the solution (smart contracts, frontend, interaction with blockchain networks). Testing of basic functions. Debugging of the prototype
Coffee break
Light snack: coffee, tea, juices, sweets. Participants can discuss progress, exchange ideas
Continued development
Continuation of all main functions. Preparation of demo versions. Preparation of slides and materials for presentation. Testing and bug fixing
April 28
Registration of participants and welcome coffee
Check-in of registered participants with welcome coffee and light breakfast
Opening of the second day. Meeting the jury
Reminder of tasks, valuable prizes. Words from the sponsors of the event
Continued development
Continuation of all main functions. Preparation of demo versions. Preparation of slides and materials for presentation. Testing and bug fixing.
Lunch break
Light snack: pizza, sandwich. Participants can discuss progress, exchange ideas.
Preparing team presentations
Formation of the completed task into a presentation
Team performance
Each team presents its project. Usually 10-15 minutes are allocated for the presentation and 5-10 minutes for questions from the jury.
Project evaluation
The jury evaluates the projects according to pre-determined criteria (innovation, usefulness, technical implementation, etc.).
Awarding of the winners
Announcement of the winners of first, second and third place. Prize presentation. Photo posing
